Footprint Expert 无法加载REF导致*.dra无法生成

软件版本信息

• Footprint Expert Version: 24V.04 or 25.10
• Alleggro Verison: Allegro X Designer 25.1-2025 S030

生成 REF 时, 跳出弹窗

• Symbol *.dra
  • MECH_PIN_TO_CONDUCTOR_SPACING = 0.2032 MM
  • MECH_PIN_TO_MECH_PIN_SPACING = 0.2032 MM

处理方法

1. 单击保存,View of file弹出错误信息Sysmbol is missing a refdes, 关闭弹窗
2. 打开Allergo Constraint Manager: 依次单击Setup>>Constraints>>Constraint Manager
3. Analyze>>Analyze Mode>>Design>>Mechanical Spacing
   • Mechanical drill hole to mechanical drill hole spacingValue: 0
   • Mechanical drill hole to conductor spacingValue: 0
4. Apply>>OK
5. 用文本编辑软件打开封装名.scr, 搜索# Labels, 在此之前的脚本文件已经执行OK, 全部删除, 仅保留# Labels以后的内容, 保存
6. File>>Script…>>Browse…>> 选择上步骤修改的封装名.scr>>Replay

根本原因

• 根据上述步骤可解决 REF无法生成的问题, 根本原因貌似为 Cadence 25.1版本默认把MECH_PIN_TO_CONDUCTOR_SPACINGMECH_PIN_TO_MECH_PIN_SPACING的值设置为8min
• 或可更改启动后的默认值
